Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-17. This policy covers oddsfolio.win (“Oddsfolio”), operated by Shoot The Moon Tuscarora, Corp. (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and username. Your password is stored only as a salted scrypt hash; we never see or keep the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier and email address, nothing else from your Google account.
• Session and preference cookies. A session cookie keeps you logged in. A short-lived cookie holds a coupon code you entered until your next invoice. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.
• Purchases. For each invoice: the package, the number of months, the amount, the payment method, and, once paid, the blockchain transaction identifier. We do not receive or store card numbers.
• Activity on the site. Demo Bets tickets and settings (including auto-bet risk level), and a record of which sportsbook link you followed from a call (the call, the book and the time), used to measure whether those links work.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, time and page requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To run your account, give you access to the packages you paid for, settle demo bets, detect and record payments, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles for third parties.

Who else handles it

• Hosting and network. The site runs on Railway and is served through Cloudflare, which process requests on our behalf.
• Google, if you choose Google sign-in, under Google’s privacy policy.
• MoonPay, if you pay by card. MoonPay collects your card and identity details directly under its own privacy policy and terms; we receive only the order status, amount and transaction identifier.
• Public blockchains. Crypto payments are recorded on Ethereum or Solana, which are public by design. The sending wallet address and amount are visible to anyone; we link them to your invoice.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and activity data are kept while your account is open. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, even after an account is closed. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your account information. To make a request, message us on X at @OddsfolioAI from the email address on your account. Deleting an account removes its login, demo bets and settings; payment records we are required to keep are retained.

Age

Oddsfolio is for adults of legal betting age where they live, and not less than 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on the site.
