Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-17. Oddsfolio (oddsfolio.win) is operated by Shoot The Moon Tuscarora, Corp. (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms.

What Oddsfolio is

Oddsfolio publishes the outputs of a statistical sports model: projections and “calls” on games, each graded against the final score on a public record. It is an information service. Oddsfolio does not accept wagers, hold betting funds, or act as a sportsbook, and nothing on the site is an offer to bet.

No advice, no guarantees

Everything on the site is for information and entertainment only. It is not financial, betting or investment advice. Past results, win rates and confidence figures describe what has happened; they do not promise what will happen, and you can lose money betting on any call. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with a sportsbook of your choosing, at your own risk.

Who can use it

You must be at least 21 and of legal betting age where you live, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. Do not use Oddsfolio where sports betting, or information services about it, are prohibited.

Accounts

Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or resell paid content, or break these terms.

Packages and payment

• Paid packages unlock the board for a sport, or for all sports, for the period bought. They do not renew automatically; you buy more time when you choose to.
• Prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase. Card payments are processed by MoonPay under its own terms, and MoonPay may add a processing fee shown at its checkout. Crypto payments must be the exact invoice amount on the stated network; funds sent on the wrong network or in the wrong amount may not be recoverable.
• Because access starts as soon as a payment is detected, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error or paid but did not receive access, message us on X at @OddsfolioAI within 14 days and we will put it right.
• Before you buy a package for a sport that is out of season, the site tells you so and asks you to confirm.

Demo Bets

Demo Bets uses a virtual bankroll with no cash value. It cannot be deposited to, withdrawn from, or exchanged for anything. Auto-bet places only these virtual tickets.

Sportsbook links

Links to sportsbooks are a convenience. We are not paid for them and are not responsible for the sportsbooks, their prices, their availability in your location, or your dealings with them. Prices shown were captured at a point in time and may have changed.

Our content

Shoot The Moon Tuscarora, Corp. owns the site, the model outputs and the record. You may use them for your own personal purposes and share links to public pages; you may not copy, resell or redistribute paid content.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, prices or these terms; changes take effect when posted, and continued use means you accept them. A price change never affects time you have already bought.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Oddsfolio is provided “as is”, and Shoot The Moon Tuscarora, Corp. is not liable for betting losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
