iPhones install web apps through Safari — three taps:

Open Oddsfolio in Safari (in another app's browser, tap ··· and choose Open in Safari first).
Tap the Share button in the toolbar.
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Oddsfolio lands on your home screen and opens full-screen like an app.
